Exam Preparation

All PO certification examinations consist of 100 scored and ten unscored questions. Currently, they are only offered in English. The questions are based on an industry-wide job analysis and are designed to test the knowledge and abilities needed to be a successful operator.

Exam Process

Certification exams are administered through our exam partner, PSI, using hundreds of testing centers globally. Test administration will soon be available through PSI’s Live Remote Proctoring.

Exam Results

A score of at least 70 (out of 100) must be obtained to pass the exam. This passing score was determined through the psychometric procedure and with proven content experts.

After completing the exam, candidates will receive an instant score report with a performance breakdown under each job duty outlined in the Need-to-Know Criteria.
